On the last Sunday of every month, members of New Gloucester UAR gather for a peaceful anti-racism rally at 4pm.
The location changes, but the goal remains the same: increase awareness of racial disparities, show support for Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), and build a network of local activists from which to listen and learn as we all aspire to become more anti-racist.
The rallies typically last an hour; we’ve had as few as three and as many as 40 people come out. We’d LOVE to see you there. Sign up for our email list, join the Facebook group, follow the public events page, or email us to get the latest rally information.
